After a long and varied career in art (including silversmithing, fiber art, serigraphy, and theater light design), I was always disdainful of photographers. Aim and shoot can be done by a robot- I thought. They should sign the piece with the name of the camera. Well look who’s a photographer now. I'm sorry to all the talented artists behind cameras that I maligned. It's addictive, creative, appealing and important. Now that I've found a way to heavily edit photos after the shoot, I'm really having fun.
